About the Job

Our client has a requirement for an Junior Business Analyst for a 5 Month Contract opportunity.  The position is located in Ottawa, ON.

Key Responsibilities/Job Functions

·         Identify and document issues due to r12 upgrade functionality

·          Resolve all issues with oracle support or alternate processes

·         develop test material for new features, test and debug any issues

·         perform functional testing

·         document new or changed processes

·         assist developers with input on customization updates as required with business specs and test cases

Experience and Education Preferred

·         Communicates effectively with meaningful  and articulate verbal discussions.

·         Creates clear and coherent written materials.

·         Creates concise summaries and reports.

·         Organizes information with an appropriate level of detail.

·         1 - 3 years of Business Analysis experience.

·         Undergraduate degree.
