Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for a Quality Assurance Specialist for a contract opportunity.  The position is located in Ottawa.

Requirement/ Qualifications:

Mandatory:

• Bilingual – English and French
• Secret Security Clearance
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) *projects within the last five (5) years which demonstrate experience and expertise in the development of a Quality Assurance Framework including implementation plan, supporting tools, reporting mechanism and relevant communication strategy

Scope of work

The scope of work is to include:

• Establish current quality assurance standard at the file processing level based on current standard procedures;
• Develop and recommend options for Quality Assurance Framework that would be tailored to our operational environment;
• Initiate Gap Analysis in processing practices vs proposed quality standards;
• Develop an implementation plan based on chosen option;
• Propose quality assurance mechanism options and tools to measure and provide feedback/coach employees on quality performance;
• Prepare communication tools in French and English for employees and management, i.e.: PowerPoint, Qs and As, Key Messages, Reports, etc.
