Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for SharePoint Specialist for 5 months opportunity. The positions are located in Toronto.
Co-ordinating and maintaining a central repository of documentation for IT Services; monitoring currency of documentation by implementing a review process; working with other Divisions to develop and improve processes and procedures; setting standards for written documentation and monitoring documentation to maintain set standards
- Assess, define the structure and set standards and policies of the SharePoint requirements
- Assess the documentation requirements for all functional groups
- Analyse multiple solutions for integrating and controlling documentation.
- Work with other divisions to assess requirements and define processes, procedures and user documentation
- Assess potential size of documentation library,
- Implementing a process of schedule review of requirements
- Provide a comparative analysis of solutions for managing documentation.

Requirement or Qualifications:
Qualified Candidates will have:
- Knowledge of Documentation Management in an information technology environment including categorization, access control, authorization requirements, change control (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodology (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Knowledge of the fundamental principles of Quality Management
- Research and Analysis skills
- Highly developed planning and organization skills
