About the Job 

Our financial services client is looking for a Project Manager to ensure the effective application of the project management discipline for successful delivery of application development and/or technology infrastructure projects in an enterprise I.S. environment. Working closely with Business Sponsors and IS Leaders you will be responsible for the development and execution of project plans to meet business expectations within predefined budget, schedule and quality objectives. You will provide leadership to project teams and effectively manage stakeholder expectations. If you are a strong Project Manager with a proven track record for success and are interested in working for a company with competitive compensation and excellent benefits in a family friendly location this is the job for you! 

Requirements or Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience managing complex, multi-site projects, plus a minimum 3 years of application development or technology integration experience
• In depth knowledge and experience with project management principles and practices (PMI based)
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation and decision making skills
• Ability to analyze and evaluate information and render effective decisions
• Effective Stakeholder Management skills
• Effective Project Plan Development
• Effective Project Execution Management
• Ability to adapt to a complex, multi site, matrix organisation and adopt organisational methodologies and processes for effective project delivery
