Job Description
Our GTA client has a requirement for a Project Manager for a 6 months contract located in Toronto, ON.


The services and deliverables to be provided will include the following:
•Develops effective relationships with key stakeholders i.e. Provincial User Council, Business Owners, Business Lead.
•Establishes Service Management function by developing Service Management governance, service catalogue etc.
•Develops Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) process implementation strategies to meet business objectives. 
•Responsible for driving service delivery satisfaction through metrics, management and communication
•Promotes service improvements on an ongoing basis to continually improve quality and customer satisfaction.
•Identifies and Mitigates process service delivery gaps and related risks
•Manages and is accountable for all aspects of Service Management including reporting and escalating issues relating to application support
•Promotes an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service culture by generating awareness internally within the organization and externally with the client stakeholders.
•Develops and supports implementation of education strategies such as Continuous Service Improvement Program (CSIP) on providing client support as service scope grow and evolve
•Develops and implements the strategic planning of all service provision as it relates to Application Management client support
•Contribute to the development and improvement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the current level of service provided
•Participate in Business Systems Steering Committees and present Service Management report
•Manage and collaborate with internal resources to ensure deliverables are met.
•Develop communication strategies and roadmaps for software releases and related AMS activities.


Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•Project management experience (large scale projects)
•Service level agreements performance evaluations
•Thorough understanding of business/technical issues surrounding the launch of an application and further releases
•Substantial experience in operations management issues and service level agreements
•Experience in the use of project management software
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
•Strong Presentation skills and ability to deliver to key stakeholders
•Experience in healthcare sector


Nice to Have
•ITIL Foundations certification
•Payroll / HRIS implementation experience


Other  
•Experience in a tech environment
•Ability to make adjustments to SLA’s to ensure client satisfaction
•A “gets it done” person, limited supervision, no direct reports, no support staff
•Self starter
•Interaction is between internal terms and external clients (working groups, steering committees, user council and business leads)
