About the Job
Our client a leader in digital imaging and ranked in the top 20 companies to work at in the world is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with both internal and external customers and partners, ensuring a shared commitment to plans, process and vision.
- Ensure that orders are processed in a timely fashion, ensuring applicable rates and costs are controlled.
- Demonstrate high levels of customer services and cost controls for various business units.
- Co-ordinate order activity with the warehouse and other departments.
- Suggest ways to improve and maximize efficiencies and assist with implementation.
- Field and investigate complaints and work through timely resolutions
Requirements or Qualifications
- A high school diploma
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Fluent in both English and French - written and oral
- Excellent communication skills
