Should Have Agile/Scrum exposure,
Should be able to co-ordinate and work with offshore team.
Should have Strong Scrum skills,
Should have good knowledge in Managing Sprints and tracking the same.
Should have good Knowledge in MS technologies.
Should have minimum of 10+ years of experience in that should have minimum of 6 years in leadership role.
Should have Scrum Certification
