Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for Trainer L2 for a 6 month contract opportunity. The positions are located in downtown Toronto.

Deliverables
•Provides application and software training to both technical & non-technical users
•Facilitates and leads training sessions in a variety of formats.
•Deliver Ontario Healthcare Reporting Standards (OHRS) and/or Microsoft Dynamics GP training to the Continuing Care Sector
•Participate in the review & updating of training materials to be delivered to the sector
•Participate in client demos and information sessions to assist in their decision process on participating in the project
•One-on-one training sessions to assist with specific user issues as part of the implementation process
•Assist with basic application support and other project responsibilities as required
Qualified Candidates will have:
Skills Matrix
•If any, describe your experience in MS Dynamics GP and RMS
•Delivery of technical training to adult learners
•If any, describe you knowledge/experience in accounting/book keeping
Qualifications
•Minimum 5 years of continuous experience leading technology training sessions to varying numbers of participants and skill levels
•Proven track record for conducting successful multiple day training sessions.
•Delivered technical training as part of a technology implementation project
•Demonstrated ability to present complex ideas in a clear and simple manner
•Ability to transform Instructor led materials into self study formats.
•Knowledge & experience in delivering training on selected software packages/platforms.
•Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills.
•A team player who is self motivated and can work independently
•Think creatively and takes initiative
•Exceptional problem solving with the ability to provide quick solutions
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
Nice to have
•Accounting/bookkeeping knowledge
•Hands on experience using a LMS
•Previous Dynamics GP experience
•Online training development tools
•Experience training others on reporting standards
Other
•Travel throughout Ontario required up to 70% of the time
•Assist with basic application support and other project responsibilities as required
•Candidates will be required to conduct a short training session and provide samples of previous courseware that they have developed.
