Our client has a requirement for a Solution Incentive Program Manager for a 6 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Mississauga.

Role:
The SIP Manager is responsible for overlooking the smooth functioning of the SIP Program in Canada. The regular duties of the SIP Program Manger include:
- Ensuring that the Partner Account Managers and other stakeholders within the company are completely trained on the SIP Program and the Workflow
- Working closely with client’s Partners to ensure they are successfully trained and on boarded into the SIP Program
- Gaining an in depth knowledge about the SIP Program in Canada to be able to address questions by Partners and other individuals
- Working with the Channel Incentives Support Team to create a PSX opportunity approval and reporting rhythm and to ensure that the SIP Pipeline is clean (remove duplicates, only eligible opportunities are approved, etc.)
- Participating in weekly, monthly and quarterly business rhythms to provide SIP update to various stakeholders across the business
- Gaining an in depth knowledge of PSX and CHIP to provide training and assistance to Partners and individuals within the business
- Working with numerous individuals within the client to escalate payment, tools and program related issues
Requirement or Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership and project management skills displayed through previous employment or other experiences
- Ability to work across the organization as contact is made with numerous internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with previous experience in a fast paced work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident in giving presentations to senior management
- Interest in driving change and taking on new challenges
- Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Access (preferred)
