Job Description:
Our client has an immediate requirement for a Technical/Customer Support role. This is a temporary contract with the possibility to turn into permanent employment. This position is located in the WEST end of Ottawa. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from existing clients in order to answer product questions and support staff.
