About the Job
Our client a leader in digital imaging, rated one of the best companies in the world to work for is looking to add a Bilingual Order Processor. To be accountable for providing courteous customer service, accurate and efficient processing of purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate administration of the entire order process, taking orders from email, phone and fax for both internal and external customers.
- Maintain high quality of work with low error ratio, release back orders and future orders and process EDI releases
- Set up drop shipments, process RGA, Credit/Rebills, & Price Protection
- Stay abreast of current promotions, special pricing, and specials
- Liaise with sales group and other departments
Requirements or Qualifications
- A secondary school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience, ideally in order processing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes
- The ability to problem solve
- Excellent communication skills, strong data entry skills
- French and English - written and verbal
