End User Support Analyst (Deskside Support) - Intermediate

Job Description: 
Our client has a requirement for Deskside Support for a 6 month contract opportunity.  The positions are located in Calgary. 
 
Requirement or Qualifications:
 
Qualified Candidates will have:
 

Work description:  Provide Level 1 and 2 End User Desktop Support nationally. 
+ Outlook Email client support skills
+ HP Printer Lan connected hardware support
+ Support clients in an Enterprise environment, with distributed locations.
+ Provide desktop consultation to customers and projects
+ Create and review documentation/processes as required
 
Primary skill set (only required for Non ERP Program):  Strong working knowledge of:
+ Microsoft Outlook client support skills/experience
+ Managed desktop PC/Print environments
+ MS Windows 2K/XP 
+ Active Directory and SMS & SCCM architecture
+ MS Office Suite, Symantec AV, Stormwatch, etc.
+ RSA VPN remote access (wired and wireless) support.
+ HP Multi-function printer support
+ Support remotely with Netmeeting, SMS & other utilities
+ Remedy problem management system
 
Secondary skill set (only required for Non ERP Program):
+ In depth knowledge of DELL & HP PC hardware & peripherals
+ Networked print support
+ Unix / Linux experience
Communication skills (only required for Non ERP Program):  Excellent communication Oral and Written skills
