Test Lead

• 8+ yrs of test experience

• Good understanding of test life cycle and hands on experience in using HP QC

• Must have banking domain exposure – knowledge on trade finance is plus

• Must have very good communication and inter personal skills

• Should be able to manage small group of testers

• Should have experience in allocating the work and tracking the work and status reporting to management

• Should be able to do defect management with business, development vendors

• Good communication and inter personal skills
