Job Description:
Our client a global leader in digital imaging is looking to hire an energetic Bilingual Project Coordinator for their Mississauga office. This role is a full time, permanent.

What makes this Special:
This role requires a strong multi tasker to perform a variety of tasks; administrative and project support duties. The role requires a wide range of skills and knowledge to perform metrics, while supporting the sales team with for revenue growth and ensure the end-user satisfaction through effective account administration and operation.

Requirement or Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining customer files, supporting sales orders and returned goods authorization
  • Maintaining the portal and assessment database to upload customer reports onto portal.
  • Editing proposals, preparing pricing updates and releasing
  • Working with team and support process for general reporting
  • Acting as a liaison between sales, logistics, order processing, system support, service and marketing departments and other
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, distributing agendas and/or taking meeting minutes
  • Conducting business in compliance with corporate and legal requirements, health and safety guidelines and policy, and the laws of the Government.

  • Preparing a wide range of management reports, administrative documents and proposals, answering telephones, support email and perform other duties as assigned by management.
 Qualifications:
  • Completion of post secondary preferred
  • Minimum 3 years related work experience is required
  • Bilingualism, with excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer skills – knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
  • Advanced Excel -  must be able to use Macros and Vlookups
  • Experience writing proposals, RFI or RFP's
  • Superior organizational, customer service and time management skills
  • Self motivated / Autonomous – Requiring little supervision
  • Personable, charismatic, positive attitude and flexible – ability to move from task to task as instructed/requested by management
  • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions, create and/or edit reports and correspondence.
