Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for a technical/infrastructure services specialist for a 7 month full-time opportunity. The positions are located in Calgary, Alberta.
This position is responsible for providing daily operational support for the VMware Virtual Infrastructure and the NetApp Storage Infrastructure in Houston and Calgary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration, and troubleshooting to achieve service levels on both environments. This would include adhering to organizational standards on change management, incident management, problem management, and release management. In addition, there will be a need for operational support for the infrastructure during and after normal business hours. Duties may include on call rotation and call out, and support when needed.

Requirement or Qualifications:
Qualified Candidates will have:
-Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision, while providing timely communication of status and issues to the team and key stakeholders.
-Demonstrated partnership, teamwork, and communication skills with a customer focus.
- Experience with Vmware vSphere 4, ESXi 4.1.
- Experience with NetApp Storage Administration
