Job Description
The Inside Partner manager (iPAM) will work with the the Field and Large account Reseller (LAR) team, and provide support to the LARs. As the iPAM you will be the consistent contact point for the LARs using the Phone as your tool. This is an inside Tele role.
Responsibilities:
As the LAR iPAM you will be working with Microsoft Canada's biggest focus partners.
Internal sales support managing LAR
· Working collaboratively with LAR PAM’s
· Achieving team goals including; revenue, marketing and scorecard metrics
· Solving problems with LAR Partners as required
· Identifying opportunities that meet Microsoft objectives and customer needs
· Participate in the development and completion of Partner Business Plans (PBPs) including COS (Conditions of Satisfaction)
· Participate in the development & quality of Quarterly Business Reviews
· Participate in the Completion & Quality of Quarterly or Semi-annual Exec Reviews
· Revenue Recapture on contract renewals >90%
· Analyzing True ups and driving to a goal
· Participate in the development and execution of compete plans through effective marketing and sales campaigns for Security, SQL, Management solutions and Virtualization
· Participate and support licensing Growth plans to ensure SMSP LAR & non-LAR focus and growth across all license types to achieve overall revenue targets.
Required Skills:
•Extensive Licensing Knowledge of all Microsoft Licensing types with specific knowledge of EA and Select .
•Knowledge of the Software Reseller channel

The SMB Inside Sales Representative for Cloud Solutions role is an opportunity for an individual to utilize their sales experience delivering solutions and products to the SMB market. A successful individual will be someone that can drive Customer and Partner Satisfaction while aggressively growing sales through prospecting over the phone. In this role, you will have significant interaction across the SMSP division while working closely with other members of the Microsoft Sales team and Microsoft partners. It is expected that you will develop a deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies and licensing and how they can be applied to meet customer needs. Targeting key Technical and Business Decision Makers in the segment, the focus is to new customer relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Prospect for new opportunities through effective questioning and active listening; establishes an identified need; proposes relevant Microsoft Cloud solutions or licensing options to generate interest and creates a solid value proposition.
•Qualify potential opportunities to 20% (validates Pain, Power, Value, Vision and Control) and gains agreement that the customer is willing to engage with a partner to acquire a solution.
•Verifies and maintains data in Sales Systems. Leverages information in MS Sales and other tools to verify license information.
•Position partners and field sales engagement with customer accounts as appropriate once an opportunity is qualified.
•Complete internal hand-off to field account manager, solution specialist, or partner includes agreement with the customer plus recommended internal next steps (resources, recap the value of the opportunity).
•Maintain activity notes, and opportunity details through the input and capture of timely, accurate, and clean data using the prescribed CRM tool.
•Hunts and passes off the account throughout an opportunity engagement
•Create and execute daily call plans. Organize and plan day effectively to achieve established goals and objectives.
•Cold Calls are executed efficiently and effectively.
•Work with team manager and marketing department on executing call campaigns. Includes uploading activities, creating email templates and educating the team on the call to actions of the campaigns.
•Work with team manager to maintain monthly reporting on team responsibilities and objectives.

About the Job
Our client has a requirement for 2 Project Managers for a 4 month contract opportunity. The positions are located in Mississauga.
Role:
Management of all aspects of Mortgage, Line of Credit and iApps projects.
•Create SDLC / PMLC documentation. (ex. Detailed Project plan, IAD logs, etc…)
• Work with business partners, development team, and testing team to deliver solutions to and meet the approved scope, cost, schedule, and quality for the project.
• Create accurate and realistic resource plans
• Track the project to the associated financial forecasts and challenge any numbers off forecast. The project manager owns responsibility for keeping the project on budget
• Provide effective and timely communications to the business partner, key stakeholders and the project team.
• Status reporting, project change control, continual risk/issue assessment/ management, and escalation/resolution, are essential.
• In partnership with other team members, ensure a close relationship is maintained with RESL and other TS partner, in order to keep informed of their business needs and direction
• Devote attention to detail while maintaining the big picture of the application and the business.
• Maintain an understanding of business directions, technology developments and industry trends.
•Collaborate with the management team to ensure resourcing requirements are up to date and that staff members are being given the appropriate opportunities.
•Coach and mentor staff members to contribute to their continual growth.
Requirement or Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must have the following:
•Banking/Credit Card experience as a Project Manager (preference will be given to candidates with recent experience.
•Strong leadership.
•C# and .Net oriented
•Management of mid size (500K to 1m) projects
•Candidate must have extremely strong communication (written & verbal) skills.
•Adaptable – must be able to bring clarity to uncertainty
•Autonomous – able to work on their own to gather information and get the job done
•Previous experience with Off Shore will an asset and would put them ahead of the game
•Understanding of distributed systems environment (WAS, Java) as well as Host is needed
•Minimum 3 years IT Project Management experience.

Role:
Required to understand new business requirements, conduct business analysis, undertake QA testing and help streamline existing processes to improve efficiency. Prepare data mapping and perform testing of applications. Develop in depth knowledge of applications and their interdependences. Analyze and manipulate large data sets. Understand, document and interpret complex user requirements.
The Business Systems Analyst will take a leadership role in working with and liaising with business partners, other Technology Solutions organizations and external vendors to define the business and technical requirements at the program level.
Requirement or Qualifications:
• Review, analyze and evaluate detailed business and functional requirements, documentation, process flows and data models to contribute to the development of project plans including project charter, project deliverables, cost/benefits analysis, time line estimates, scope and control.
• Develop use cases, defining and documenting user procedures and workflows, and how each class of user interacts with east system function.
• Ensure Business Recovery Plans are in place.
• Integrate technical solutions with the business environment, recognizing systems design and data interdependencies and reusability.

Qualified Candidates will have:
Timeline of the assignment: Start ASAP, end June 30th with intent is to extend until July 2012. The only reason that the manager cannot say for sure is that the budget is not yet finalized. Standard working hours: from 9:00-5:00 (flexibility within reason).

•Example: A customer has hosted exchange running in 2007 and are looking to move to 2010 and add SharePoint – this person will explain how/why to do it, acting as a trusted advisor, helping the customer to understand technology benefits and how to implement it.
•Working with technical decision makers, all the way up to C level.
•Supporting the business development and sales team on opportunities that they are driving (primarily private cloud, hosting, public cloud, exchange, windows and SQL).
Culture of team: Organic, flexible, all sales people, so driven by customer needs and demands. They are collaborative with a lot of cross team interaction (dependent upon other teams such as solution specialists, etc). Everyone is pretty laid back unless in hot pursuit (deal closing stage). There are peaks and valleys of activity. When on a down slope, they use the time to ramp up and develop.

Scope
* Please note that we are seeking strong, hands-on functional, Infrastructure- Project Managers that are seasoned and have an extensive background from an enterprise environment.

• Manage simultaneous projects, as required to completion.
• Consistently use the applicable PMLC and SDLC framework elements appropriate to each engagement for quality and consistency.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
• 6+years of project management experience with solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Previously worked with EDM (Enterprise Document Management)
• Proven success in large enterprise development/deployment in banking/financial industry
• Sound technical understanding of Infrastructure

Review architect’s design and determine tasks/work needed from WESB/ESB
Requirement or Qualifications:
Qualified Candidates will have:
• Excellent UNIX (AIX preferred) experience
• Excellent Windows Server 2000 and 2003 admin experience
• HPUX experience a definite asset.
• Apache and IIS experience is important
• DB2 and SQL experience
• Experience recycling and deploying applications
• Experience troubleshooting application connectivity issues (OG issues, messaging issues, application errors, and data errors)
• Demonstrated experience setting up Environment variables, httpd.conf, IMS connections, J2C Authentication alias, Object Grid properties (JVM Custom properties), Outbound configuration, SCA Module, SIBUS messaging, and VHost Entry
• Experience with capacity planning
• Ability to ask probing questions to understand the various concepts presented/discussed
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with working in a rapidly changing, technically complex environment.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Some project management and negotiation experience would be an asset.
• Thorough understanding of PMLC and SDLC processes.
• Demonstrated experience working with SOA
• Some after-hours\weekend and rotating pager support required

Our client operates in a dynamic and complex healthcare system providing a key service in the patient care continuum. The transformation of the healthcare system over the last few years with the introduction of regionalization of healthcare services and the development of specialty medical facilities introduces new complexity to our operations.
The business applications must be capable of fully supporting all operations required in Ontario and be scalable to support the expansion new markets in North America and globally. Our client is in the process of implementing an integrated solution that combines ‘COTS’[1] software from ZOLL Data Systems, tracking systems and custom software.
Our client is seeking 2 Developers responsible for delivering the custom software required for this integrated solution. This position will work extensively with several functional groups to ensure complex business requirements are translated into viable and scalable and supportable solutions. This position requires a candidate with in depth knowledge of key Microsoft’s technologies combined with keen business knowledge to develop efficient and effective solutions. Additionally, this position requires an individual that demonstrates a strong level of leadership, initiative, and ingenuity on projects. As the position links business needs and systems solutions, excellent communication skills (both written and oral), the ability to think creatively, and the foresight to proactively anticipate issues are essential
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Degree or College Diploma in Computer Sciences (or equivalent)
•In depth experience in ASP.NET 2.0 web development utilizing C# and scripting technologies (JavaScript, AJAX)
•Experience with the MS .NET Framework including Windows Communication Foundation, Workflow Foundation, and Presentation Foundation using Visual Studio 2008
•In depth experience with Transactional SQL, DTS stored procedures and data access via ADO.NET
•Knowledgeable in the design and implementation of SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 databases
•Some knowledge of SQL Server 2008 feature set
•Understanding of working within a clustered architecture
•Experience developing interfaces to COTS software products utilizing vendor-provided APIs (Application Programming Interface)
•Possesses strong business analysis and problem solving skills
•Experience/understanding of requirements gathering and management practices
•Experience authoring technical specifications and documentation
•Experience participating in planning and execution of QA and UAT phases
•Manages workload independently, and works well in teams
•Thinks creatively and considers project cost/benefit trade-offs
•Acts as a team player and works well with staff in all directions/levels
•Strong working knowledge of MS Server Operating environment
•Strength in using Microsoft Suite of Products i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel.
•Understanding of dispatch systems (desirable)
