Deliverables  
  • Guide and support  privacy management processes, implementation guidelines and procedures, including Consent Management Framework for health care provisioning,
  • Develop and facilitate signing of Data Sharing Agreements amongst Healthcare Service Providers
  • Conduct privacy training necessary for Health Care System usage and deployment.
  • Support the Integrated Assessment in ensuring security best practice and privacy (PHIPA - 10 privacy principle compliance.
  • Deliver Security and Privacy requirements and recommendations to stakeholders and Health Service Provider
  • Advise the project team of recommended approaches for executing and promoting security and privacy practices.
  • Provide Security Architecture Consulting and help build appropriate security controls, while developing or deploying of technology and business solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with both the business and technical project teams to ensure that Privacy and Security requirements are understood and met.
  • Develop and present security and Privacy Policies
  • Improve privacy management program to comply with Information Privacy Commissioner of Ontario’s expectation    


Qualifications - Knowledge, skills and abilities 
  • Experience of  supporting privacy management processes, implementation guidelines and procedures, including Consent Management Framework, breach management etc for health care provisioning,
  • Understanding of Data Sharing Agreements amongst Healthcare Service Providers
  • Experience supporting healthcare organizations with the usage and deployment of privacy policies.
  • Experience of conducting privacy training necessary for Health Care System usage and deployment.
  • Experience of conducting  security best practice and privacy (PHIPA /CSA 10 privacy principle) compliance assessment
  • Experience of conducting  Privacy Impact Assessment for healthcare Applications
  • Ability to deliver Security and Privacy requirements and recommendations to stakeholders and Health Service Provider
  • Experience of facilitation with stakeholders and clients towards recommended approaches for executing and promoting security and privacy practices.
  • Experience of improving privacy management programs to comply with Information Privacy Commissioner of Ontario’s expectation


 Nice To Have:
  • Knowledge of Health Assessment standards such as OCAN, RAI-MDS, InterRAI-CHA etc.

Requirements:
  • Successfully able to conduct Security Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration testing and anslyze/compile reports.
  • Successfully able to troubleshoot and provide resolution to technical problems related to Security Infrastructure Firewalls, IPS, VPN Solutions etc)
  • Successfully provide Security Architecture and Design, ensuring effective security controls provisioning within new and existing solutions.
  • Successfully perform technical assessments/audits of network and system  infrastructure.
  • Work with user groups to provide security and privacy awareness and ensure a successful knowledge transfer occurs with technical support, application support and business users.
  • Maintain collaborative and productive working relations, with both strategic and operational elements.
  • Develop and maintain communication on the status of the project/engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with both the business and technical project teams to ensure that Security requirements are understood and met.


Qualified Candidates will have:

Knowledge, skills and abilities 
  • Strong experience conducting security vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Experience of analyzing security risks from emerging threats and implementing appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Technical knowledge of latest security technologies and perimeter defence
  • Strong hands-on experience of using security assessment tools both commercial & open source.
  • Experience of running security auditing tools.
  • Experience of implementing  and operating security event/log management tools
  • Strong technical skills related to web/application security analysis.

Our GTA client has a requirement for a Security Privacy and Risk Management Consultant for a 6 month contract in Toronto.


The Services and Deliverables to be provided will include the following:

Deliverables:
  • Develop and implement Privacy Program Management Framework for health care provisioning
  • Facilitate and present privacy artifacts to stakeholder in healthcare space including development of Data Sharing Agreements amongst Healthcare Service Providers
  • Develop Privacy and Security Management Processes for health care solution provisioning
  • Development & implementation audit management program/framework for Health information use
  • Develop and deliver privacy training necessary for Health Care System usage and deployment.
  • Conduct Threat Risk Assessment and Privacy Impact Assessments for the Integrated Assessment Record Solution
  • Support projects in ensuring security best practice and privacy
  • Provide Security and Privacy requirements and recommendations to health service providers
  • Advise the project team of recommended approaches for executing and promoting security and privacy practices.
  • Provide Security Architecture Consulting and help build appropriate security controls, while developing or deploying of technology and business solutions.
  • Work with user groups to provide security and privacy awareness and ensure a successful knowledge transfer occurs with technical support, application support and business users.
  • Maintain collaborative and productive working relations, with both strategic and operational elements.
  • Develop and maintain communication on the status of the project.
  • Provide executive level skills in conceptualizing risks and issues from the Project's perspective.
  • Work collaboratively with both the business and technical project teams to ensure that Privacy and Security requirements are understood and met.
  • Develop and present security and Privacy Policies
  • Answer stakeholder privacy questions in clear, concise, easy to understand manner.


Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Extensive experience developing privacy programs
  • Facilitation with stakeholders in healthcare space towards presenting/delivery of privacy management artifacts and training, conducting privacy impact assessments and threat risk assessments.
  • Extensive knowledge of developing information security, privacy and risk management policies and procedures
  • In depth experience with privacy legislation including PHIPA, FIPPA, PIPEDA and Security Standards and Best Practices.
  • Practical working knowledge of privacy and security regulations, trends and issues, including an understanding of their impact on business and IT operations, as well as skill with interpretation and communication of regulations and compliance requirements.

•Experience working in Ontario community care sector

Our client has a requirement for Network Analyst I for a 13 month contract opportunity. The positions are located in Scarborough, Ontario.


Job Description:

Our client is seeking TWO Network Analysts for their Scarborough facility. The successful incumbents will be responsible for monitoring and resolving incidents related to networking/infrastructure systems Initiate corrective actions to resolve system and networking errors. Provide expertise in preventing and responding to security/network related problem situations. Escalation of problems and issues as required.


SKILLS:

•Experience in network and security management, configuration and testing.
•Sound knowledge of networking support technologies; checkpoint, PIX and Proxy.
•Knowledge of operating systems; UNIX /AIX etc.
•Knowledge of routers, switches and LAN protocols (TCP/IP, ISDN etc)


Must Have:

•Strong Networking management / support/ configuration background/ hands –on experience
•Cisco Certifications would be preferable
•Must be flexible to work shifts, as this is the nature

About the Job

Our client has a requirement for an IT Technology Risk Policy and Standards Technical Writer for a six month contract opportunity. The position is located in Mississauga.

This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong set of IT technology risk policy and standards based on and mapped to industry standards and relevant regulations.

This position requires a highly motivated flexible individual who is receptive to new and innovative requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for coordination of meetings and discussions on the required adjustment/ additions. As the owner/ gate-keeper of the documentation, the successful applicant can potentially be adding to an existing policy/ procedure or creating a net-new documentation.

Requirement or Qualifications:


Qualified Candidates will have:

•Excellent writing and documentation skills
•Strong knowledge of Industry Standards and Regulations as they relate to Technology Risk and Controls: ISO 17799/27002, Sarbanes Oxley, GLB Act, PIPEDA, COBIT framework, PCI Industry Standards
•Ability to make an impact and execute on accountabilities
•Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
•Excellent verbal, written and communication skills required
•Ability to synthesis information quickly in an understandable cohesive manner
•Highly organized, self-motivated, customer oriented and be able to work independently as well as within a team
•Knowledge of Audit, Regulations (both Canadian and US) and Security in a technical environment would be beneficial

Our client has a requirement for SAP Basis System Administrator - Niche Position for a 6 month contract opportunity. The positions are located in Mississauga, Ontario.

Job Description

Currently we are seeking 3 x SAP Basis System Administrators. This is a new system that is being brought in to the client. These 3 individuals will be responsible for placing SAP into production, implementation and then supporting this product. Hours of business are 9-5, however due to the nature of this business; there may be on-call and off-hours support.

The following is high level background knowledge required for your SAP competence centre resources,

MUST HAVES:

•3 +years of experience working in the computer operation supporting SAP Basis applications.
•At least 1 full lifecycle implementation experience (from inception, implementation, production support to post implementation support)
•3+ years of General knowledge of DB2 and UNIX/AIX
•2+ years of general security knowledge
•3+ years of SAP R/3 (Release 3 ) BASIS V7.x installation experience
•3+years of experience with SAP Transport
•3+ years of experience with SAP Netweaver platform
•Experience in configuring SAP systems
•Experience in performance tuning of SAP systems (configuring SAP system)
•3+ years of troubleshooting SAP
•Installation and upgrades of various components (ECC, PI, Solution Manager, BI).
•Day to day operations, issue & defect resolution, with various SAP components
•NetWeaver PI, BI, ECC (ABAP+JAVA Stack) installation and support, including application of Support Package Stacks and Kernel Updates.
•Experience in Transport Management System (TMS), client strategy and maintenance,
•System monitoring, application of Support Packages and SAP Notes.
•Experience in administration and troubleshooting of Java systems.
•Working knowledge of DB administration, preferably DB2
•Working knowledge of UNIX, preferably AIX
•Working knowledge of Database Backup and Recovery

NICE TO HAVES:

•Must have worked in the capacity of SAP System Administrator
•Banking experience would be nice to have.
•Hands-on experience with SAP Security is a plus
•SAP Solution Manager configuration experience is a plus
•Technical Architecture infrastructure experience is a plus
•Network and Storage Architecture experience is a plus
•ECC would be a good alternative to Banking Services. The successful incumbent should have a good security background.

Our client has a requirement for Technical Architect III for a 6 month contract opportunity. The positions are located in Toronto.

The ITS UNIX Engineering team provides key services in the execution of business and infrastructure projects. The UNIX Engineering team develops detailed design for the open systems platforms including IBM/AIX, HP UX, Sun/Solaris and INTEL/LINUX. From these detailed designs, the Engineering team implements the required service solutions into development, PAT and the production environments. The UNIX Engineering team provides first level support for non production servers and third level support for the production environment.
Responsibilities include:

•Identify, estimate and track deliverables required by all projects
•Work with project Managers, Architects, other TS partners and ITS partners to complete project deliverables according to project schedule, budget and quality requirements.
•Create RFS’ and SSO/Rivermine requests to install rack and provide network cables and network IP/DNS.
•Design, implement, build and configure new servers with standard OS (AIX and HPUX) along with software bundles and file sets using NIM.
•Install, configure and maintain DB2, Oracle and client applications (ITM, TSM and Cirba)
•Set up, manage and maintain system resources (memory and CPU), file systems, server and application backups, User and Group IDs.
•Debug and automate daily tasks using shell scripting.
•Good knowledge of network connectivity, protocols and ability to configure servers as per standards within the team
•Trouble-shoot system issues and isolate problems using system logs and common monitoring tools like Tivoli & CIRBA.
•Ability to document processes for recoverability as well as BRP by keeping and updating records of server builds and changes.
•Communicate project status and provide timely escalation of issues to ensure project objectives are met
•Respond to requests for information and assist development teams in evaluating alternate approaches
•Coordinate and schedule system and application environment upgrades and patches.
•Create and maintain documentation in support of team activities and deployments.
•Work effectively as a team, supporting other members of the team in achieving business objectives and providing client services

MUST HAVES:
•5+ years of experience with firewall, security, external connections and server technologies
•5 to 10 years experience (AIX 5.3 and AIX 6.1 operating systems and IBM power server hardware.
•Minimum 5 years experience with Power6 HMC and LPAR configuration
•Is comfortable with working in a rapidly changing, technically complex environment.
