This individual would to need to have strong ETL and UNIX experience, knowledge of SLQ queries and SAS knowledge. This individual would also need to e able to write up design, convert business requirements to SRS and convert SRS to SDS and complete functional testing.

The result will be a scorecard for how each service measure up to these defined standards along with other miscellaneous recommendations for improving each Service. There will also need to be an effort estimate for applying each standard. The individual will work closely with the project PM as well as the in house Senior Designer. This role will require the candidate to think and work very autonomously. The delivery date for this project is March 2012, however, there is a potential for contract extension depending on deadlines.
