Our client has a requirement for Senior Business Systems Analyst for a 6 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto Ontario
Requirements or Qualifications
- Required to understand new business requirements, conduct business analysis, undertake QA testing and help streamline existing processes to improve efficiency
- Prepare data mapping and perform testing of applications
- Develop in depth knowledge of applications and their interdependences
- Analyze and manipulate large data sets
- Demonstrate leadership and partnership skills by interacting with other technology teams within organization to solve problems and deliver solutions
- Understand, document and interpret complex user requirements.
- The Business Systems Analyst will take a leadership role in working with and liaising with business partners, other Technology Solutions organizations and external vendors to define the business and technical requirements at the program level
- Review, analyze and evaluate detailed business and functional requirements, documentation, process flows and data models to contribute to the development of project plans including project charter, project deliverables, cost/benefits analysis, time line estimates, scope and control
- Develop use cases, defining and documenting user procedures and workflows, and how each class of user interacts with east system function
- Ensure Business Recovery Plans are in place
- Integrate technical solutions with the business environment, recognizing systems design and data interdependencies and reusability
- Establish appropriate security levels for processes, information exchange and system implementation
- Define, review and influence standards and quality measures/metrics
- Assist in the development of conversion and implementation strategies
- Conduct pre and post implementation reviews, ensuring all technical solutions have met business requirements
- Supports system implementation and production readiness by liaising with change management, IT architecture and desktop standards, and the business
- Develop test plans, test cases, perform testing
- Provide user documentation, user training, and post implementation support
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT professionals, and vendors ensuring that management is kept informed of project status and that problems and issues are escalated appropriately and clearly communicated.

- Experience in financial services/banking (credit card & TSYS)

•The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and execution of several medium complexity projects.
Key accountabilities are:
•Works autonomously in the management of the unit and collaborates with other business heads to establish and execute on common goals.
•Manages activities of medium complexity projects. Ensures delivery of projects to the business partner, meeting the approved scope/cost/schedule/quality for the project.
•Perform a governing role for, ensuring that the proposal, execution, control, deployment, training and hand off, warranty support, and closure to meet schedules.
•Strong involvement in business IMO.
•Management of small to large projects (ranging in size from $400K to $3M), including multiple internal applications and external vendors.
•Estimation and planning, risk assessment, contingency planning, tracking and management of progress, issues, budget, risk and resources.
•Accountability for project budget and time lines.
SKILLS:

We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager that can manage mid-to large infrastructure project. The successful candidate must have strong SDLC, PMLC, and solid breadth of knowledge from an infrastructure background coming from enterprise level environment.
Candidates are Senior Project Managers with superior communication skills, abilities to impact and influence, has demonstrated strong negotiation skills, and 6+ years of leadership experience.
Requirements or Qualifications
Qualified Candidates will have:
•6 +years of Project Management experience and have been working on/ supporting large enterprise, infrastructure projects
•ITIL V-3 Certification

Job Description
Our client has a requirement for a Sr. Project Manager (Infrastructure) for a 6 month contract opportunity. The positions is located in Mississauga.
We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager that can manage mid-to large infrastructure project. The successful candidate must have strong SDLC, PMLC, and solid breadth of knowledge from an infrastructure background coming from enterprise level environment.
Candidates are Senior Project Managers with superior communication skills, abilities to impact and influence, has demonstrated strong negotiation skills, and 6+ years of leadership experience.
Requirements or Qualifications
Qualified Candidates will have:
•6 +years of Project Management experience and have been working on/ supporting large enterprise, infrastructure projects
•ITIL V-3 Certification
•Strong SDLC/ PMLC
•PMP
•Demonstrated experience with Risk Management
•Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint.
•Ability to work through ambiguity
•Must be dynamic and be able to build strong sustainable solutions
•6 + years of Solid documentation skills
•Strong impact/ influencing skills- this individual will need to prepare strong business cases and create presentations for stakeholders
•Must be able to work with little supervision
•Enterprising / Resourceful
•Must have demonstrated leadership skills
•Effective communication skills
