Job Description:

Our client is looking to hire a Senior IT Service Management technical resource for a contract position. This technical resource must have previous experience in the following ITIL disciplines: Asset/Financial Management.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• 10+ years experience in IT with 5 years technical experience with ITSM tools
• Previous experience configuring an ITSM asset management and financial solutions.
• Previous experience configuring and ITSM tool for reports.
• Previous experience customizing an ITSM tool to address customization requests
• Previous experience providing reports through its Service Level Management module
• Previous experience providing inventory, contract and change reports
• Previous experience within a large ITSM organization and working with multiple stakeholders
• Previous experience translating user requirements and technical systems specifications into working ITSM suite functions
• Valid ITIL v3 certification

Nice to Have:

• ITIL Certification and experience with  HP’s Service Management Tool

Job Description

Our client has a requirement for a Sr. Project Manager (Infrastructure) for a 6 month contract opportunity. The positions is located in Mississauga.

We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager that can manage mid-to large infrastructure project. The successful candidate must have strong SDLC, PMLC, and solid breadth of knowledge from an infrastructure background coming from enterprise level environment.

Candidates are Senior Project Managers with superior communication skills, abilities to impact and influence, has demonstrated strong negotiation skills, and 6+ years of leadership experience.


Requirements or Qualifications

Qualified Candidates will have:

•6 +years of Project Management experience and have been working on/ supporting large enterprise, infrastructure projects
•ITIL V-3 Certification
•Strong SDLC/ PMLC
•PMP
•Demonstrated experience with Risk Management
•Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint.
•Ability to work through ambiguity
•Must be dynamic and be able to build strong sustainable solutions
•6 + years of Solid documentation skills
•Strong impact/ influencing skills- this individual will need to prepare strong business cases and create presentations for stakeholders
•Must be able to work with little supervision
•Enterprising / Resourceful
•Must have demonstrated leadership skills
•Effective communication skills
