Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for SAP Senior Business Analysts that are available for 2 12 month contract opportunities. We need these professionals to provide operational support for the City’s SAP HR Payroll system, including Benefits, time evaluation and time management.

Must Have:
- Minimum four (4) years experience providing support for a production environment
- 2 years experience with SAP version ECC 6.0
- Experience with configuration of Payroll including pay journal, pay rules and schemas
- Experience with end to end processing and configuration, including integration points and GL postings
- Experience with configuration of Time Management rules and schemas including work schedules, absences, attendances and quotas
- Experience with configuration of Time Evaluation schemas and rules
- Experience with production and balancing of T4’s and T4a’s
- Experience with Benefits configuration
- HR Query/ABAP preferred
- Payroll supporting multiple union contracts preferred
- Leadership role preferred
Nice to Have
- A minimum of five (5) years configuration experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module including Maintenance Processing, Preventative Maintenance and Technical Objects.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of operations and maintenance in a Public Sector environment. In particular, knowledge related to municipal Roads, Parks, Forestry, or Traffic Management and Operations or a comparable field service delivery operation.
- Minimum of three (3) implemented projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of using SAP for service request and activity and/or beat-based work tracking and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP version ECC 6.0, including experience with Enhancement Pack 4 functionality.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with data extracts, cleansing and data loads.
- Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Portal, Mobile technologies and 3rd party system integration.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
