Job Description: Our client has a requirement for a Software Designer to join their growing Linux Development Team. This is a contract position with the opportunity to be extended to a Permanent role for the right candidate. The position is located in Ottawa, Ontario. You will be responsible for coding, debugging and making recommendations on software enhancements as well as participating in detailed design/implementation of new features. Other duties will include: maintaining existing software and writing software and protocol specifications.
