Director IM/IT

Job Description
DIRECTOR IM/IT

A senior advisor to its executive management team and to its Board of Directors, the director provides oversight and advisement on IM/IT-related issues. Through the development and implementation of a corporate information management and technology plan, the director, IM/IT provides strategic direction, corporate leadership and a governance model for the provision of IM/IT, telecommunications and informatics products and services, its business priorities, administrative and operational requirements and leads the implementation of its longer term IM/IT business technology vision. governance structure the director pays due diligence in respect to IT-related projects. The director provides leadership and critical support to the Senior Corporate Executive team on the management and implementation of a Web Content Management System.


Providing leadership and direction for the Enterprise Information Management initiative, the director ensures the effective management of its information assets.


Essential Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, science, or a related discipline.
- A conceptual thinker with an innovative and strategic approach to conducting business.
- Possesses a strong leadership presence; has a natural ability to relate well to business associates, colleagues and employees and has an exceptional aptitude for building interpersonal relationships.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience including significant senior-level experience related to IM/IT.
- Exposure to a broad range of industry and public environments within the context of an IM/IT framework.
- An adept manager possessing a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience managing operations, personnel and projects including strategic planning expertise.
- Excellent communications skills both oral and written.
- An exceptional degree of diplomacy, tact and sound judgment.
- An accomplished presenter with demonstrated experience in delivering to a broad array of stakeholders.
- Superior problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Extensive expertise and demonstrated skill in negotiation and facilitation.
- Asset Qualifications
- A proficiency in both of Canada’s official languages.

Client Relations Manager (Canada)

Job Description
Position: Client Relations Manager (Canada)


Requirements:

•Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Staffing industry developing and / or managing large accounts
•Strong selling and relationship building skills
•Self-driven, ability to work independently, competitive and passion for winning
•Result oriented
•Success driven
•Ability to persuade


Responsibilities:


Business Development

•Total Account responsibility for a region; set and achieve business targets for Major client(s)
•Single eTeam point of contact for a particular account/region; work closely with recruiting and project team to insure delivery of staffing and project requirements
•Responsible for direct business
•Develop staffing business and cross-sell onsite solutions, including turnkey project solutions
•Map the account – build client relationships at the “C” level and with Managers throughout the account organization who purchase IT consulting services
•Develop individual leads
•Build a sales team in accordance with business need
•Become thoroughly familiar with client systems and processes for submitting resumes
•Communicate and prioritize client requirements to sales executives and recruiters
•Negotiate bill rates with client managers
•Ensure sales team is maximizing utilization of recruiting staff
•Manage sales executive to ensure quick turn-around time for qualified resume submittal for all open requirements
•Resolve all client issues


Strategic Planning

•Develop account penetration strategy
•Create, develop and write sales plan for the account


Marketing

•Conduct client meetings to build and maintain relationships
•Develop and prepare proposals
•Lead sales presentations


Sales Process & Training

•Submit weekly and other related sales reports
•Become thoroughly familiar with the eTeam Sales Executive Training
