Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for SharePoint Developer for 3 weeks contract opportunity.  The position is located in Toronto.

Requirement or Qualifications:

• Experienced SharePoint 2010 developer who has worked on and built custom workflows using Designer 2010.
• Experience with custom document libraries, document sets and other advanced topics such as Approval Workflows and custom Task processes.
• Visual Studio is a nice to have, but not required.

Our client has a requirement for a full time Permanent position.  The position is located in Ottawa, Ontario.

Requirement or Qualifications:

Qualified Candidates will have:

 We are currently looking for a client-side Web Application Developer with strong HTML, Java Script and CSS knowledge to join our Product Development team. You must be highly productive, and passionate about both interaction design and software development. You will bridge the gap between product definition and product development, taking UI designs and mock-ups and making them reality. You must be brilliant with existing technologies, while working towards the "the next big thing" using new technologies (HTML 5, ExtJS 4.0, and CSS 3.0 for the desktop, mobile and tablet platforms).

• Create and specify UI architectural and technical parameters for new and existing web applications
• Follow technical requirements when provided to implement new applications
• Provide leadership/mentoring on UI development standards and best practices
• Actively seek out bugs and code efficiency gains in the UI domain
• Evaluate business problems, enhancement requests and bugs to come up with new and innovative solutions
• Consult with various members of the technology team to ensure proper technical solutions are implemented
• Communicate statuses and issues to project managers regularly
• Help troubleshoot issues when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience developing web-based applications with Java/J2EE
• Knowledge of Sencha ExtJS (or similar toolkits), AJAX, Java Servlets, JSP, HTML, Javascript, XML, and CSS is required
• Strong client-side debugging skills with firebug (or similar)
• Demonstrated understanding of user-centric design principles; a certification in this area is a strong asset
• Knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, Web Services is an asset
• A Java Programmer Certification (Sun) is an asset
• Self starter with proven analytical and problem solving skills; excellent written and oral communication skills

Our client has a requirement for a Web Designer Level 3 for a 1 year contract opportunity.  The position is located in Ottawa, ON

Requirement or Qualifications:

Qualified Candidates will have:

• Proof of a degree or diploma from a recognized university or college.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Provide 3 of the most recent client references from 3 separate client organizations
• Experience in analysis and design of Web Portal Enterprise Solutions within the last 5 years.
• Project experience in designing, developing and maintaining web pages following the Government of Canada’s Common Look and Feel (CLF) and Accessibility standards within the last 5 years.
• Experience in the use of the following web development tools (HTML and/or CSS) within the last 5 years.
• Project experience developing graphics to create interactive prototypes showing basic form and functionality for both usability testing and presentation within the last 5 years
• Project experience designing and developing web graphics for systems that incorporate full bilingual functionality within the last 5 years.
• Project experience developing content wireframes and information/content architecture for the Internet/Intranet, within the last 5 years.
• Project experience in web development utilizing Javascript within the last 5 years.
