Role
We are looking for a QA Lead/Test Coordinator for Central Counterparty Solutions project. This candidate would need to have at least 7-10 years in QA testing or software development process and has 3-5 years experience as a QA Lead, developing test strategies and schedules. As a hands-on QA Lead / Test Coordinator, the candidate would be working collaboratively with up to 9 testers and working with different stakeholders with no direct reporting responsibility.
Successful candidate would have to have strong business knowledge in Fixed Income and has Capital Market experience along with extensive testing experience. Strong hands-on management experience with Test Managements tools - ie., Quality Control, HQC or HQ

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Responsible for UAT project testing effort, reporting and escalation
· Work with different groups (business and operational teams, business /systems analysts, technical leads) to analyze required project documents and lead creation, review and signoff of quality assurance/testing related deliverables (e.g. test strategy, test plans, test scenarios/cases, test reports) for complex multi-interface enterprise application
· Responsible for the effort estimates for assigned work packages
· Works closely with Development and Infrastructure teams to ensure that the test environments are setup and ready for test execution
· Facilitate daily test defect review meetings and coordinate the implementation of defect resolutions across the various processing components/applications
· Responsible for providing project status updates from the QA perspective
· Ensures entry/exit criteria for each test phase is fulfilled and coordinates required signoffs
· Must have very good understanding of end-to-end business acceptance processes
· Strong hands on experience with Test Management tools
· Able to prepare, deliver, and present reports/ results/ findings for management & executive level reports and presentations
· Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, test processes and methodologies required
· Excellent analytical and problem determination skills
· Have excellent time management, multitasking, task planning and prioritization skills. Should be able to work effectively with minimal supervision & adapt quickly to changing client requirements
Other requirements:
· Strong business knowledge in Fixed Income
· Working experience with trading systems (e.g. Calypso, Bloomberg, Anvil)
· 3-5 years' experience as a QA Lead, developing test strategies and schedules, and 7-10 years in QA testing or software development process
· BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience

- Experience working in environments meeting aggressive SLA
- Experience developing technical documentation & “how-to” guides for internal use.
- Excellent writing, documentation & presentation skills.
- Experience providing technical support to healthcare organizations
- Experience with Wiki collaboration tool, JIRA, Footprints
- Experience with change management processes.
- Experience with problem management processes
- Experience working in healthcare sector.
- Experience supporting different functional groups in an operations and/or infrastructure setting

- Must have experience designing Enterprise Java solutions.
- Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and experience identifying and consuming Web Services. Knowledge of SOAP/XSD/WSDL a nice-to-have.
- Experience with Integration Patterns and technologies. Knowledge of IBM ESB products (WebSphere DataPower and Enterprise Service Bus) a nice-to-have.
- Must have exposure to domain architecture (Data, Business, Infrastructure, etc ...) and experience liaising with individuals in these roles.
- Knowledge of Business Process and Rules Management concepts. Experience with Pega Rules Process Commander a nice-to-have.
- Experience in Financial Services a nice-to-have.
