    • Identification and analysis of existing not applicable findings
    • Create recommendations for reducing the number of not applicable findings
    • Feedback to governance on control standards:

      • Ensuring not applicable findings are aligned to 2014 Standards Refresh.
  • Consolidation of control procedures following data loads:
    • Identification of control statements which require revised control procedures
    • Remapping of existing (spreadsheet) control procedures to archer control procedures
    • Reporting of changes to control procedures and socialization to BTRMs
    • Documenting and socializing revised control procedures.
  • Enhancement of Control Procedures
    • Determine ownership
    • Potentially related risks (pending Andrew V.)
    • Ensuring control procedures are aligned to 2014 Standards Refresh
    • Alignment of control procedures to existing CVT results

Role
Working in network security requires a vast and deep knowledge of how different technologies work together. The individual will have a detailed technical understanding of how attacks are performed at the network, service and application layers, how technologies such as firewalls, IPS/IDS, deep packet inspection, pattern recognition, and monitoring inter-relate to provide and effective security system. .
 
Responsibilities
  • Act as a Subject matter expert and consult with clients and project teams with respect to security standards, best practice processes, designs and trends
  • Research/analyze business requirements to evaluate and recommend optimal solutions within business technology architecture
  • Identify/implement process improvements to enhance revenue, customer experience and/or reduce costs
  • Assist or lead the writing of business cases for security initiatives
  • Coach/educate others within the team and other departments

  • Perform testing according to test plans, monitor and report on results, and work with others on problem resolution

Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years configuring and supporting firewalls and Intrusion prevention systems.
  • Minimum 6 years working directly with enterprise networks from both technical and security perspectives, primarily in a Cisco based network
  • Minimum 5 years working with network protocol analysis and deep packet inspection
  • Minimum 6 years working with security on large scale enterprise networks from a technical and architectural perspective.
  • Minimum 3 years experience withPalo Altosecurity appliances
  • Minimum 3 years experience with F5 GTM/LTM
  • Minimum 5 years experience with packet and flow analysis
  • Minimum 5 years experience with Application delivery, load-balancing, or content delivery specifically utilizing the F5 product line
  • Experience understanding network security authentication and authorization as it relates to network flows and the delivery of applications and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms

  • Provide support for developing and supporting ITS-Attestation security operations.
  • Working with DIAMOND resources to move the users affected by Transformation into the new cost centre structure within DIAMOND
  • Perform QA to confirm that the moves are completed correctly
  • Work with ITS non-person userid owners and DIAMOND resources to ensure that proper ownership is identified for the (DIAMOND attested) non-person userids within the new LEAN ITS organization
  • Work with DIAMOND resources and ITS owners to ensure that all DIAMOND attested non-person ids are moved to the correct post Transformation attestation structure (QA)
  • Develop and document KPI’s and metrics for ITS DIAMOND attestation in the LEAN organization
  • Working with CyberArk, resources ensure that the new group structure adequately reflects the ITS LEAN organization
  • Working with ITS, ensure that the group/userid attestation reporting that CyberArk produces reflects the ITS LEAN organization (QA)
  • Working with ITS, ensure that the vault structure reflects the ITS LEAN organization – this encompasses vaults for both people and non-people IDs
  • Working with ITS, ensure that the credential/vault attestation reporting is accurate for the LEAN ITS organization
  • Develop and document KPI’s and metrics for CyberArk attestation in the LEAN organization.
  • Review non-human IDs control designs and processes and identify any gaps related to SOX or other regulatory compliance requirements
  • On as required basis, work with ITS Staff on other attestation process such as, and not limited to: Unix Sudo; Unix Group; Database - Public Role Attestation; Logging and Monitoring; Business Continuity Management; etc.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 4+ years Information security experience
  • 4+ years knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 standards
  • 4+ years PCI experience
  • 4+ years security architecture experience 
  • 4+ years risk assessment experience  
  • ITIL certified
  • CISSP certified
  • Experience with web services including web service virtualization tool experience
  • Mobile applications as well as exposure to emerging mobile technologies is an asset
  • Any prior work experience in online Banking would be of benefit
  • Self-starter with the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects, subject to time constraints.
  • A high degree of personal initiative and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Role
The Business Technology Risk Management team directs and supports the organization in the protection of its information assets through the implementation and management of information security policies, standards, and the Technology Risk Control Framework.

This individual will be responsible for providing technology risk management and information security business consulting & advisory services that allows our client’s business partners to secure their business through the use of technology. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team focused on providing professional Technology Risk & Information Security management services as part of key business initiatives.

His/Her role is to identify, evaluate, and conduct Business Technology Risk Assessments to ensure appropriate technology controls are in place, identify key risks, and ensure proper management and mitigation of any identified technology control deficiencies. This role will focus on both business initiatives as well as technology initiatives.

Requirements or Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in (IT) Risk Assessment, IT Audit, Development & management of information security policy and standards, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning, Threat & Vulnerability Assessment and Testing Methods.
  • Proven understanding of technology risk management & information security frameworks and methodologies
  • Proven experience in risk based analysis & information security technologies
  • Strong ability to lead independent technology risk assessments based on a control based methodologies
  • Experience preparing risk based reporting & presentation findings to technology and business leaders
  • Experience with financial banking, credit card processing, acquiring, issuing and merchant services
  • In-depth experience with financial regulatory & compliance reporting environments
  • Experience working with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
  • Effective project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management tools & methodologies
  • Strong Presentation, Communications and Writing Skills
  • Strong Analytical & Analysis Skills
  • Experience with the following technology components:
    • Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Vulnerability Management, Encryption, Content Filtering, Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, Forensic and Data Loss / Leakage tools.
    • Network Technologies (Hubs, routers, switches, wireless, SAN’s)
    • Web Applications (XML, JAVA)

  •   Security certification such as CISSP, CISM and SANS certifications desired
  • Strong team player
  • Strong, efficient & effective communication skill set
  • Application security knowledge (web servers (Apache and IIS) and databases (Sybase, MS SQL and Oracle) would be an asset
  • Strong identity access management knowledge
·   Experience in SOX, NERC-CIP regulatory compliance would be an asset

Must Haves:

• 10 years of demonstrated experience
• Excellent data center network design and integration skills and experience.
• Excellent knowledge of best practices for network design, build and networking products andsolutions.
• Excellent skills and experience designing networks based on Checkpoint Firewall-1/VPN software(NG-AI) Checkpoint 4.1, NG, NGAI, NGX, VSX, Juniper SRX, Juniper SA SSL VPN and JunipervGW firewall.
• Excellent knowledge with RSA secure ID, Cisco ACS, LDAP, TACAS and RADIUS
• Cisco FWSM, ASA
• Knowledge and experience with Routers and Switches including Cisco 3750(G/E/X), and 6500series devices (VSS), Nexus 7000, 5000, 2000 and 1000V series.
• Senior skill set with Layer 2 protocols, i.e. STP. GLBP, VSS
• Strong skills in networking protocols (I.E Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol(TCP/IP), Domain Name System (DNS), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP),Post OfficeProtocol(POP3) and File Transfer Protocol(FTP) including knowledge of wireless and remoteaccess technologies

Education Requirements:

Any other relevant information regarding expectations and role:

Occasionally, working outside of normal business hours, and on weekends, is necessary toaccommodate system implementations, maintenance, and responses to outages

• Carry out unit testing, system testing and integration testing tasks
• Provide technical expertise in their area of responsibility
• Assist in creation of Security design strategy as directed by Security lead
• Assist in design of overall Security configurations as directed by Security lead
• Assist in IP addressing strategy
• Assist and create standardize approaches to provisioning
• Create virtual interfaces on firewalls, implement routing and firewall rules
• Perform testing as directed by the project

Job Description

Scope of Services and Deliverables - The services and deliverables to be provided will include the following:


Deliverables

The tasks in this role will include, but not be limited to:

•Responsible for deployments of network and network security solutions
•Responsible for network security solution design, implementation and on-going support
•Responsible for analysis of network health, availability, and performance for all networks
•Responsible for all Secure Remote Access solutions (solution design, implementation and on-going support)
•Responsible for maintaining Production, Pre-Production, Training, and related testing environments
•Maintain deployment guides and supporting documentation such as run books, build books and network diagrams
•Ensure that Personal Information (PI) and Personal Health Information (PHI) and other sensitive data in networked software applications is properly secured as per privacy and security policy
•Provide after-hours and on-call support and implementation, as required
•Regularly work with software/hardware vendors
•Implement, maintain and support the network hardware (appliance or server) environment, and related infrastructure, as required
•Provide support to System Administrators with respect to server builds and configuration.
•Provide support to System Administrators with respect to application setup and configuration.


Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•University Degree or relevant certification in this area or equivalent industry experience.
•Knowledge and experience building, maintaining and supporting a Check Point FW-1, VPN-1, and Connectra solution/environment
•Knowledge and experience building, maintaining and supporting Citrix Netscaler
•Knowledge and experience building, maintaining and supporting Cisco switching and routing solution/environment
•Knowledge and experience building, maintaining and supporting McAfee security solutions (AV, HIPS)
•Knowledge and experience building, maintaining and supporting an RSA Security Console (token-based PKI) security solution
•Knowledge and experience with implementing, maintaining and supporting medium/large scale network-health & availability monitoring solutions
