Our client has a requirement for an intermediate infrastructure support analyst for a 12 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Nanticoke, Ontario.

Work Description:
Work as part of an infrastructure operations team responsible for the support, upgrading and performance of a complex mainframe, midrange or client server environment. Activities can include all aspects of systems support from technical troubleshooting: system hardware/software installations and upgrades; product evaluation and testing; helping users to understand and use the system; recommending, developing and implementing enhancements; management of the system environment. This role requires working with general direction from a Senior Analyst or Group Leader.
Requirement or Qualifications:
Qualified Candidates will have:
- PC and Server knowledge, experience installing, cabling servers and troubleshooting, asset management.
-Tape Management/Offsite Storage Procedures, Data Center operations experience.
-Interpersonal and strong oral/written communication skills. Job requires interaction with various Service Lines and End Users
Nice to have skills:
-Experience with Smartcards, RSA VPN remote access support, Lotus Notes, Exchange, Terminal Server, Windows7
