Job Description: Our client has a requirement for an Informatica Programmer Analyst for a 3 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto, Ontario.

Requirements:

• Assist in developing mapping specifications for ETL processes
• Read designs and source-to-target mappings to create Informatica mapping/sessions/workflows
• Ability to test & tune Informatica code for optimal performance
• Design Informatica sessions/workflows including inter-process controls

Qualified Candidates will have:

• Knowledge and use of Informatica 8.6 (5-7 years’ experience is optimal) including PWC Designer, Workflow Manager & Workflow Monitor
• Knowledge and use of Oracle – 11g, 10g. (Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL)
• Nice to have – Informatica certifications (Developer)
• Senior level of expertise

Our client has a requirement for Powerbuilder Developer for 5 months Contract, Full-Time opportunity. The positions are located in Toronto, Ontario


Requirements or Qualifications

Key technologies:

4-7 years related experience of developing client/server applications using PowerBuilder.
Hands on experiences on SQL Server , Sybase and Oracle 10g
Sound knowledge of database objects and stored procedures
Knowledge of Windows Server 2000/2003, Microsoft Exchange Server 2000/2003
Knowledge of creating user objects, data windows and menus in Power Builder applications
Knowledge of software development life cycle processes
Experience with TOAD/SQL Navigator and SharePoint architecture
Knowledge of creating front end coding screens and back end procedures
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills

Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for an Intermediate Solutions Developer for a 6 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto.

A vacancy exists for a developer to join the team in the delivery and development of this project and to eventually contribute to future enhancement, support and maintenance post-delivery.


As part of this team, prime responsibility will be to:

•Work with other team members to cooperatively design, develop and deploy quality solutions in order to satisfy project objectives and client requirements. Writes, tests and debugs code. Participates in code reviews.
•Comply with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology. Take part in construction of the requirements, design, and testing and deployment documents.
•Create test plans, test and debug code, using available/appropriate tools. Participate in testing reviews.
•Ensure consistency in coding standards.
•Ensure required documentation is housed in the project repository and that knowledge transfer has occurred to full time staff upon completion of contract term.
•Participate in after-hours on-call support rotation as required.


Requirement or Qualifications:

Qualified Candidates will have:

The candidate would need to be have at least 5 years experience with the following:

•Oracle 10G, 11i
•Unix Shell Scripts and Unix Base Operating System
•ODBC and JDBC
•May require an associate's degree in a related area and experience in the field or in a related area.
