Job Description:

Our Federal Government client has a requirement for a Technical Solutions Architect for a multi-year contract opportunity.  The position is located in Ottawa’s National Capital Region (NCR).   The objective of this role is to provide technical leadership in architecture, design, integration and implementation of the interoperability framework and governance process underlying the enterprise Services Oriented Architecture (SOA), Business Process Management (BPM) and Portal solutions.

Requirement or Qualifications:

Qualified Candidates will have:

• 5 years experience in SOA technical architectures, solution design, frameworks, strategies and specifications.
• A valid SOA certification from a recognized certification agency
• Valid PWGSC Enhanced Reliability security clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in the analysis and development of SOA standards used on SOA projects in a large organization.
• Experience developing SOA Governance strategies for use in a large (5000+ employees) organization.
• Experience as a Technology or Application Architect developing content management strategies relating to the implementation of enterprise Portals and ERPs.
• Experience developing strategies and solutions for integrating enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions with Portals deployed on enterprise class portal software solutions.
