Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for an
Intermediate Programmer Analyst for a three (3) month contract
opportunity. The position is located in Ottawa, ONT

Requirement or Qualifications:
- Must have minimum 5 years experience as a Programmer Analyst, in an IM/T environment;
- Must have a minimum three (3) years experience developing large web based applications using ASP.Net and the .Net framework 3.5 or higher;
- Must have a minimum three (3) years experience with Oracle and PL/SQL development within the last five (5) years;
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in data model design;
- Must demonstrate experience developing stored procedures in ORACLE PL/SQL;
- Must demonstrate experience programming in JavaScript, HTML and CSS;
- Must demonstrate experience working with COM components in a Classic ASP environment;
- Must experience producing IT Design and Specification documents following a recognized industry standard methodology such as Macroscope’s Architecture Framework, Business Rules and Unit Task Specifications;
- Must demonstrate experience with Crystal Reports 2008 or above;
- Must have experience developing in accordance with Treasury Board web standards for the Government of Canada;
- Must have experience incorporating security safeguards to facilitate the handling and protection of classified information, such as Oracle Advanced Security, incorporating PKI Authentication, Epass, Access Key, GC Key;
- Must have experience in logical and physical design using Erwin or industry equivalent modeling tool;
- Must have experience reverse engineering applications to produce design and unit task specifications.
- Must demonstrate experience developing using ASP.Net, VB.Net and .Net framework 2.0 or higher;
- Must demonstrate experience with Visual Studio 2008 or above;
- Must demonstrate experience with Team Foundation Server 2008 or above for source control;
