Inside Partner Account Manager - Large Account Resellers (Bilingual)

Job Description

The Inside Partner manager (iPAM) will work with the the Field and Large account Reseller (LAR) team, and provide support to the LARs. As the iPAM you will be the consistent contact point for the LARs using the Phone as your tool. This is an inside Tele role.


Responsibilities:

As the LAR iPAM you will be working with Microsoft Canada's biggest focus partners.

Internal sales support managing LAR

· Working collaboratively with LAR PAM’s
· Achieving team goals including; revenue, marketing and scorecard metrics
· Solving problems with LAR Partners as required
· Identifying opportunities that meet Microsoft objectives and customer needs
· Participate in the development and completion of Partner Business Plans (PBPs) including COS (Conditions of Satisfaction)
· Participate in the development & quality of Quarterly Business Reviews
· Participate in the Completion & Quality of Quarterly or Semi-annual Exec Reviews
· Revenue Recapture on contract renewals >90%
· Analyzing True ups and driving to a goal
· Participate in the development and execution of compete plans through effective marketing and sales campaigns for Security, SQL, Management solutions and Virtualization
· Participate and support licensing Growth plans to ensure SMSP LAR & non-LAR focus and growth across all license types to achieve overall revenue targets.

The SMB Inside Sales Representative for Cloud Solutions role is an opportunity for an individual to utilize their sales experience delivering solutions and products to the SMB market. Leveraging both internal resources and the Partner Community, this person will prospect for revenue across the Microsoft product line. A successful individual will be someone that can drive Customer and Partner Satisfaction while aggressively growing sales through prospecting over the phone. In this role, you will have significant interaction across the SMSP division while working closely with other members of the Microsoft Sales team and Microsoft partners. It is expected that you will develop a deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies and licensing and how they can be applied to meet customer needs. Targeting key Technical and Business Decision Makers in the segment, the focus is to new customer relationships.


Duties and Responsibilities:

•Prospect for new opportunities through effective questioning and active listening; establishes an identified need; proposes relevant Microsoft Cloud solutions or licensing options to generate interest and creates a solid value proposition.
•Qualify potential opportunities to 20% (validates Pain, Power, Value, Vision and Control) and gains agreement that the customer is willing to engage with a partner to acquire a solution.
•Verifies and maintains data in Sales Systems. Leverages information in MS Sales and other tools to verify license information.
•Position partners and field sales engagement with customer accounts as appropriate once an opportunity is qualified.
•Complete internal hand-off to field account manager, solution specialist, or partner includes agreement with the customer plus recommended internal next steps (resources, recap the value of the opportunity).
•Maintain activity notes, and opportunity details through the input and capture of timely, accurate, and clean data using the prescribed CRM tool.
•Hunts and passes off the account throughout an opportunity engagement
•Create and execute daily call plans. Organize and plan day effectively to achieve established goals and objectives.
•Cold Calls are executed efficiently and effectively.
•Work with team manager and marketing department on executing call campaigns. Includes uploading activities, creating email templates and educating the team on the call to actions of the campaigns.
•Work with team manager to maintain monthly reporting on team responsibilities and objectives.

Our client has a requirement for 2 Project Managers for a 4 month contract opportunity. The positions are located in Mississauga.


Role:

Management of all aspects of Mortgage, Line of Credit and iApps projects.

•Create SDLC / PMLC documentation. (ex. Detailed Project plan, IAD logs, etc…)
• Work with business partners, development team, and testing team to deliver solutions to and meet the approved scope, cost, schedule, and quality for the project.
• Create accurate and realistic resource plans
• Track the project to the associated financial forecasts and challenge any numbers off forecast. The project manager owns responsibility for keeping the project on budget
• Provide effective and timely communications to the business partner, key stakeholders and the project team.
• Status reporting, project change control, continual risk/issue assessment/ management, and escalation/resolution, are essential.
• In partnership with other team members, ensure a close relationship is maintained with RESL and other TS partner, in order to keep informed of their business needs and direction
• Devote attention to detail while maintaining the big picture of the application and the business.
• Maintain an understanding of business directions, technology developments and industry trends.
•Collaborate with the management team to ensure resourcing requirements are up to date and that staff members are being given the appropriate opportunities.
•Coach and mentor staff members to contribute to their continual growth.


Requirement or Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, candidates must have the following:

•Banking/Credit Card experience as a Project Manager (preference will be given to candidates with recent experience.
•Strong leadership.
•C# and .Net oriented
•Management of mid size (500K to 1m) projects
•Candidate must have extremely strong communication (written & verbal) skills.
•Adaptable – must be able to bring clarity to uncertainty
•Autonomous – able to work on their own to gather information and get the job done
•Previous experience with Off Shore will an asset and would put them ahead of the game
•Understanding of distributed systems environment (WAS, Java) as well as Host is needed
•Minimum 3 years IT Project Management experience.
•Minimum 3 years experience in solutions delivery with large application systems.
•Strong knowledge in the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and the System Development Life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
•Awareness of or experience with distributed and/or mainframe platform technologies.
•PMP is an asset.
•Hands on development experience is considered an asset
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Experience negotiating with customers
•Strong interpersonal skills.
•College or University diploma or degree or equivalent related work experience.

Requirements: Must have experience building scopes of work and overseeing vendors installation contract. Needs a keen attention to detail and will need to roll up their sleeves and coordinate. Will benefit from some exposure to telco’s and communication facility building.

Experience with Scada is a plus. Experience in a similar project is mandatory, at the Enterprise level.

Our client has a requirement for a Senior UNIX Systems Administrator for a six month contract opportunity. The position is located in downtown Toronto.


Role:

Currently we are looking for a hungry and highly enthusiastic and hungry Senior UNIX Systems Administrator for our prime downtown location- this is a 6 month contract with possibility of extension. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring and resolving incidents related to infrastructure systems and applications Initiate corrective actions to resolve system and infrastructure application errors. Log and document production problems, identify recurring problems and recommend preventative measures. Answer calls from application support groups or systems engineers, identify problems, resolve or escalate as required. Interact with systems programmers, server, database and network support staff to maintain responsive and available infrastructure for the application.

This is project related work, and the incumbent will be responsible for design/configuring and implementing of hardware and O/S design for wholesale applications. Ideally we are looking for strong O/S fundamental background with good 2-3 years of clustering experience from an enterprise level environment.

Requirement or Qualifications:

Qualified Candidates will have:
