Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the incumbent responds to telephone and email inquiries from stores and customers regarding store level marketing and customer programs, marketing related issues, rewards issues and other customer service related activities. The incumbent ensures responses are provided in a prompt and effective manner to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
1.1. Responds to customer calls and emails to provide first level customer service for store and customers, resolves issues in a prompt and efficient manner and escalates issues as required.
2.2. Logs of calls and emails into the appropriate tracking systems and escalate issues to the appropriate person or department, as necessary, to ensure accurate and timely logging of response actions.
3.3. Identifies recurring issues to determine and document possible solutions and assist with the prompt resolution of issues.
4.4. Attends team huddles to receive current updates on issues, concerns and promotions.
5.5. Attends one-on-one meetings to track current progress and identify areas for improvement.
6.6. Liaises with internal departments to ensure call and email issues are resolved and ensure service level agreements are maintained.
7.7. Maintains a high level of knowledge regarding the reward program, current marketing programs, Distribution Centre issues, and other Customer Service initiatives to provide accurate responses to concerns or issues.
8.8. Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays

Education & Job Knowledge:
Minimum High School Graduation diploma or equivalent level of education.
Mon-Fri – 8am to 8pm
Sat- 8am to 8pm
Holidays – 8am to 8pm

Position Summary:
The SMB Inside Sales Representative for Cloud Solutions role is an opportunity for an individual to utilize their sales experience delivering solutions and products to the SMB market. Leveraging both internal resources and the Partner Community, this person will prospect for revenue across the Microsoft product line. A successful individual will be someone that can drive Customer and Partner Satisfaction while aggressively growing sales through prospecting over the phone. In this role, you will have significant interaction across the SMSP division while working closely with other members of the Microsoft Sales team and Microsoft partners. It is expected that you will develop a deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies and licensing and how they can be applied to meet customer needs. Targeting key Technical and Business Decision Makers in the segment, the focus is to new customer relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Prospect for new opportunities through effective questioning and active listening; establishes an identified need; proposes relevant Microsoft Cloud solutions or licensing options to generate interest and creates a solid value proposition.
•Qualify potential opportunities to 20% (validates Pain, Power, Value, Vision and Control) and gains agreement that the customer is willing to engage with a partner to acquire a solution.
•Verifies and maintains data in Sales Systems. Leverages information in MS Sales and other tools to verify license information.
•Position partners and field sales engagement with customer accounts as appropriate once an opportunity is qualified.
•Complete internal hand-off to field account manager, solution specialist, or partner includes agreement with the customer plus recommended internal next steps (resources, recap the value of the opportunity).
•Maintain activity notes, and opportunity details through the input and capture of timely, accurate, and clean data using the prescribed CRM tool.
•Hunts and passes off the account throughout an opportunity engagement
•Create and execute daily call plans. Organize and plan day effectively to achieve established goals and objectives.
•Cold Calls are executed efficiently and effectively.

Scope
The Project Coordinator's duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

•Track planned tasks versus actual, escalating potential risks to the Project Manager

Scope of Services and Deliverables - The services and deliverables to be provided will include the following:
Deliverables
•Ensure each Business Systems project stream and Solutions Group has an agreed communications strategy, with agreed audiences, messaging and activities
•Work with the Senior Project Manager and Team Leads in creating and executing the strategic and tactical communications plans for the Business Systems projects and the Solutions Group.
•Ensure the integration of the project communication initiatives within the overall strategic communication goals of CLIENT
•Explore synergies with CAP Communications team to deliver CLIENT-focused materials and communications for the benefit of all projects across CLIENT
•Work with project leads and fellow Communications staff to find opportunities to increase awareness for and raise the profile of the Business Systems projects.
•Provide strategic counsel for project communications and issues management.
•Build and lead a team that effectively delivers on the communications needs and plans for the projects.
•Provide communications guidance, counsel, direction, solutions and hands on support to the project champions and spokespersons.
•Develop the annual communications operating budget for the Business Systems projects and Solutions Group.
•Review communications to stakeholders to ensure key message alignment
•Edit and sign off on publications for stakeholder communications in consultation with the Senior Project Manager and project team leads
•Provide leadership and quality assurance on tone, style and message
•Human resource management (input to hiring, extensions, team support issues)
•Manage day-to-day communication issues with project communicators and others
•Provide coaching and development to Business Systems communications team
•Co-ordinate the ongoing updates of communications tools to support awareness, adoption and engagement
•Co-ordinate the ongoing delivery of project newsletters and publications
•Oversee, where required, communication elements for project websites/portals
Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•8-10 years in a previous senior communications role
•Strong demonstrated leadership experience
•Experience working in a Community Care, Healthcare setting
•Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)
•Experience in all communication channels
•Proficient with public speaking
•Strong relationship management skills
•Technology generalist – a broad technology background is required
•Proficient knowledge of Human Resources best practices
Nice to have
•Working knowledge of Management Information and Human Resource Information systems.

•Occasional travel throughout Ontario may be required

About the Job:
Our client has a requirement for Network Management Centre Analyst, for a 12 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Calgary.
As a VoIP centric Network Management Centre Analyst, you will be responsible for providing world class telephone-based, technical support. Your primary objectives will be network problem determination and appropriate problem escalation. Your technical skills combined with excellent client and vendor communication skills will lead to customer satisfaction and service level attainment. This position involves 7X24 monitoring of client networks comprised of Avaya or Cisco VoIP infrastructure, from our Global Customer Support Center in Calgary. You will log all VoIP network failures and perform first line fault determination. You will interact with technical support groups, vendors, and the client to manage problems not resolved on first contact.
Responsibilities include logging all calls in the appropriate call logging tool, adhering to strict process and corporate security guidelines, and providing input for on-going productivity improvements.
Requirement or Qualifications:

• Demonstrated VoIP support experience
• Strong aptitude and conceptual knowledge for IT and Network infrastructure

Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for Senior Project Control Officer for a 6 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto.
Role:
This role is for a large financial services company as part on a new integration project. The successful candidate will ensure project control procedures and policies within a program of related projects are executed. Assist in maintaining project schedules. Develop and maintain issue logs. Maintain project repositories of documents. Prepare documents for various recurring meetings including minutes, issue logs etc. Develop presentation documentation as required for project teams. Develop consolidate program status reports.
We require a project coordinator whose primary focus will be on providing financial management and analytical support to project managers at the program level for a bank integration.
As part of this project team, prime responsibility will be to:
• Manage relationships and all activities with all required partners (business, TS Finance, program PMO, TS project teams, external partners) related to program one-time and on-going financials (prepare budget, forecasts and actuals).
• Utilize project management software for development and distribution of comprehensive set of monthly, weekly and ad hoc project financial reporting to a variety of program stakeholders (including templates for use by other project members).
• Work closely with TS Finance to provide necessary detailed financial data to support the forecasting and tracking of capitalization and amortization.
• Manage all financial status meetings for the program. Provide support for invoice processing. Manage process for all required updates to internal financial management tracking tools (e.g. EPM, Carpe Diem).
• Manage reporting and tracking for resource utilization.
• Exercise discretion in managing correspondence and information, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Act as central point of communication for core team members, management, business partners and other stakeholders on program, organization and platform issues.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
•Clearly demonstrated experience having worked as a Project Control Officer within a large Financial Services organization.
•MS Project knowledge to create and maintain project plans.

•Knowledge and experience in maintaining a central repository of project plans, reports, competencies etc.
LOCATION: please note, candidate will be able to work remotely 100% of the time; some occasional travel will be required.

• Understand and own the sales management process from opportunity identification to contract closing, including: RFx responses, sales presentations, contracting
• Develop contracts and teaming agreements with sub-contracts and clients according to CGI frameworks.
Industry Knowledge
• Understand the strategic direction of of Client’s targeted healthcare clients and develop integrated account plans to fulfill the direction
• Develop a strong knowledge of Industry solutions, as well as an understanding of the full range of CGI services
• Provide market awareness and promotion of Clients’s services within the industry
Service Delivery Coordination
• Provide Client’s delivery teams with insights into client’s needs and desires.
• Understand client business needs and propose solutions for additional business opportunities with clients
• Maintain effective working relationship with all appropriate areas within Client's.
• Co-ordination of seminars, shows, mailings, call campaigns.
Required Work Experience:
• Experience with selling professional services into the Healthcare, including in larger Hospitals, eHealth, LHINs and Ministry of Health
• Should be comfortable with selling $5M+ professional services to clients.
• Experience with identifying and creating solutions for clients
• Functional domain knowledge in one of the following sectors: Continuum of Care, Diagnostic Imaging, Cancer, Disease Mgt

• Relevant University or College degree

For this permanent role, Client requires an experienced sales person for the Healthcare vertical industry to develop new IT consulting business opportunities. This role will require someone who understands the nuances of large healthcare accounts in developing incremental sales with a consultative approach.
The ideal candidate will work primarily in the GTA but will be asked to visit other client sites within Ontario. Working with cross-functional teams, the Business Development representative in healthcare will develop prospective new clients and existing clients to foster strong relationships.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify and close sales pursuits within targeted accounts
